We are very happy with the whole experience at Velocity, from start to finish. From the lovely receptionist, to James who gave us a virtual tour of the lift, via face time, as we were unable to visit the factory, Jason from accounts, then John who advised Kyle the builder where it should go and to cut the hole, to Anthony and Nic who installed the lift, they were all very efficient and pleasant to deal with, Anthony and Nic were only here a day and a half installing the lift and they were a pleasure to have in the house, and gave us a good insight into using of the lift when they finished, they also left everything spotless. It took a month from signing the contract to handover which seemed no time at all as we live on the South Coast. We just love the lift, we are in our 70,s and i’ve always been hesitant to do it, but it’s worth every penny, now up and down with groceries and other heavy items has gone from a chore to being easily done, also my husband is not very agile and it has made his life so much easier, added bonus the dogs and cats love watching it😂😻

A BIG THANK YOU on a top job in installation and commissioning the Iconic model. Spacious enough for both of us and smooth noise free operation. Just a noise at the dropping off of the trap door on the way down. The building work and the installation were scheduled to suit us and completed well yesterday. Good value for money pricing compared to others in the market.

Great to have Dylan and Ben do the install of our lift. Hard working guys who coped with our paranoid felines. They did a very professional job and were very happy to have them around for the days they were here. Well done Velocity.

My experience with velocity lifts was very easy , professional, prompt , and caring . Every step of the way ( process ) was clearly explained & executed according to all of the timelines set . Would definitely recommend Velocity Lifts! As retirees living in a two storey home in a great location in Lake Macquarie we seriously looked at downsizing to a unit, small house or retirement unit. We found the negatives were strata levies, moving costs, possible stamp duty, retirement village fees, close living, tight driveways, and having to also downsize furniture. We looked around at local lift companies but found they were inferior to Velocity in Sydney. We absolutely love our velocity lift!! It looks amazing, runs very quietly - unlike other brands and were lucky that it could be installed in our office downstairs going upstairs to our family room.

It has worked perfectly over the Christmas – New Year period and received lots of positive comments from our family & friends.

With a new grandchild in the family, it really makes getting up from the garage to the living area pleasant and convenient, not to mention fun.

Velocity Home lifts were great from start to finish. The explained the benefits of the their lift at the show room to the installation process which only took 2 days. The guys on-site installing the lift were neat and tidy. Can not recommend them enough. Love the lift should of should of done it sooner.
