Quality Home Lifts

We had our Velocity Home Lift installed this week by Nick and Anthony. We are more than happy with the end result. The guys were very professional and polite and so helpful in explaining all the dos and don’ts to operate it This lift is going to make a huge improvement to our lifestyle. After a long wait for our lift build DA to be approved, last week after a 2 day install, yes, it only took 2 days for Anthony and Adrian from Velocity Home Lifts to fully install our Compass lift, we took our first ride in the lift. The entire process from sales (James) to project management (Dane) and installation (Anthony and Adrian) was seamless, professional and without any stress.. everything went like clockwork, all emails and enquiries were answered promptly, very importantly, Dane worked closely with our builders to ensure the shaft build was perfect (which it turned out). The installers Anthony and Adrian were excellent, I can't believe they put together the lift in 2 days!!!and the attention to detail and handover from Anthony was spot on.. We looked at a lot of lift companies in the market, in the end we chose Velocity as they are an Australian company; their lifts are built in Australia, serviced and supported by local engineers. Looking back we are glad we made the decision to buy the Compass home lift from Velocity Home lifts...

We’ve just had an Iconic lift installed by Velocity. A big thanks to James the builder and installers Nick and Alex from Velocity. They all did a fabulous job and are definitely the cleanest tradies we’ve ever had. Nick did a great job explaining all the workings of the lift. We’ve had a couple of test runs and are very pleased at how easy it is.

We are very happy with our Velocity lift, It is elegant, very neat and quiet, the installers were excellent. I want to give a shout out to the builder recommended by Velocity, and that is James. We wanted to install it directly next to our stairs, but this was nearly impossible. James and his team did a lot of work to make that possible, and if you look at the picture, it worked out very well. Brian and Heather from Wollongong

The team at velocity explained all parts of the building and then made sure we knew how to oppetate the lift and they also have a offsite person to contact 24/7 if you need any explaination if you wont sure my husband and my self are able to move around the home with ease now we have the lift installed

Your lift is a great addition to our home and will surely prove its worth. Michael and the construction teams were very efficient, tidy and a pleasure to have in our home.

Velocity have made the purchase of a home lift for us a very stress free experience from beginning to end. From where to fit the lift to answering all our questions, nothing was a bother. Then the installation went perfectly, you could tell Nicholas and Mick knew exactly what they were doing, they worked so well together and were a pleasure to have in our home.
