Referrals

1. Eligibility

   • The referral program is open to individuals who are 18 years or older and residents of Australia.
   • Employees of Velocity Home Lifts and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

2. Referral Submission

   • Referrals must be submitted through the official referral form available on the Velocity Home Lifts website.
   • Referrals must include the full name, contact information, and consent of the referred friend.

3. Referral Reward

   • A referral reward of AUD$1,000 will be awarded for each successful referral.
   • A referral is considered successful when the referred friend purchases a home lift from Velocity Home Lifts and completes the installation.

4. Unlimited Referrals

   • Participants can refer an unlimited number of friends. There is no cap on the total amount one can earn through referrals.

5. Reward Disbursement

   • Referral rewards will be paid within 60 days after the referred friend’s lift installation is completed and payment is received in full.
   • Rewards will be issued via bank transfer or another method agreed upon by Velocity Home Lifts and the referrer.

6. Valid Referrals

   • Referrals must be new customers to Velocity Home Lifts. Existing customers or those already in contact with Velocity Home Lifts will not qualify.
   • The referred friend must purchase and install a lift within 6 months of the referral date for the referrer to be eligible for the reward.

7. Program Modifications

   • Velocity Home Lifts reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice.
   • Any changes to the program will be posted on the Velocity Home Lifts website.

8. Disqualification

   • Referrers who engage in fraudulent or unethical behavior, such as providing false information or manipulating the referral process, will be disqualified from the program.
   • Velocity Home Lifts reserves the right to disqualify any referrer at its sole discretion.

9. Tax Implications

   • Referral rewards may be subject to taxes. It is the responsibility of the referrer to understand and fulfill any tax obligations.

10. Acceptance of Terms

    • By participating in the referral program, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
    • Velocity Home Lifts reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Participants will be notified of any changes via the Velocity Home Lifts website.
